Last night we showed you the video of TSA thugs harassing a couple of poor grandmas, one of whom went to jail over it. Today, on Twitter, this video was posted to the #wontfly feed. Nadine Hays, heroic lady, beat the TSA in court. She must have gone through hell and back, but in the end she kicked butt.

These kinds of incidents should not be happening. We have nothing to fear from ice chests and grandmas in wheelchairs. This is a disgusting stain on TSA’s reputation. They should make restitution to Nadine Hays immediately.

  1. TSA screeners are missing items like bombs and guns (according to ABC news last night), and refusing to profile those who are the most likely to be terrorists. But thank goodness they’re keeping applesauce and the elderly off our planes. The skies are safe now.

    Dismantle the police state!

Even if the case is dismissed, it still happened and it’s still on her record. The charge should be vacated, and the TSA sued for damages. They aren’t obeying their own regulations!

  4. Terri W. says:

How dare that judge tell this woman to stay out of trouble! She did nothing wrong to start with! God DAMN the TSA! Every single worthless one of them! And that judge for his stupid remark.

Power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely.
And this is only the beginning.
We have got to pass this around virally.

Please post this to blogs, send it out in chain emails, ask underground and college newsletter editors to report about this, forward it to grassroots organization leaders and ask them to “plug” for proactivity (State government nullification of TSA pat-downs and nudo-scanners and groundless arrests such as these), forward it to internet radio stations…whatever you can do and wherever you can send it.

Even CNN!!! calls this an “outrage” and it is just plain high time for The People to sue, collectively. Class action lawsuits carry weight and get media publicity where private lawsuits fail. This case could be one of several illustrations that take the cake, exposing TSA for the power-run-amok entity that it is and shutting it down. IF there is enough proactivity.

Let’s push the buttons on our computers and send this around! And write those grassroots organization leaders! Of all stripes and colors! Thanks!

PS the more time goes on and the more outrages like this that I read about, the more I conclude:

It is time for the States to declare their independence from the power-crazed Feds, to become the Independent States for One America. And restore America to what it really was supposed to be.

It is the Feds who are the homegrown radicalized terrorists, not those making such commonsense and self-protective suggestions as these.

As a first step, the State governments should nullify this TSA airport nonsense. NOW!!

We PAY them! Let’s remind them…the Feds, the States…they work on our dime! Hold that over their heads, in public!

  6. justme says:

The TSA agent is the one who should be charged with battery and harassment as SHE raised her hand in a threatening manner! No ethics, manners, common decency were shown to these ladies! When the cooler was emptied they should’ve just let them go. Also, notice how long they kept the 93 year old woman for a “pat down”….and out of camera range!

  7. justme says:

….and where the hell are legal/lawyer advocates who haven’t run to this ladies defense….and didn’t IMMEDIATELY bring counter charges against the TSA agent for the battery/harassment I just mentioned as well as those TSA agents who NEEDLESSLY walked over leaving their SECURE posts.

Way to go Grannies!! If enough elderly people put up a BIG STINK over all this Nazi garbage, maybe we can make some progress!
Doesn’t it make you wonder how, after Nov 2, when Obie got his butt kicked, this kind of harrassment of “everyday people” started? HMMMMMM

  9. Kevin says:

Something important I noticed about the video clip was that the CNN talking-head/anchor included her value judgment that what the TSA did wasn’t right.

Even short, brief, sanitized comments like this from news anchors will probably help to wake some people up to the fact that the TSA is doing some tyrannical things down at the airport. I think we need for more news anchors to insert little personal comments like this more often, even if the comments were “officially approved” by their employers.
