From the LA Times:
Getting frisked at LAX If you plan to travel by air during the upcoming holiday season be ready to undergo a new, more thorough pat-down search procedure at the airport.
The new search technique used by the Transportation Security Administration allows airport security screeners to use their fingers and palms to feel and probe for hidden weapons and devices around sensitive body parts, such as the breast and groin areas.

The Rutherford Institute has filed a Fourth Amendment lawsuit in federal court against Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and John Pistole, administrator of the Transportation Security Agency (TSA), on behalf of two airline pilots who refused to submit to airport security screening which relies on advanced imaging technology that exposes intimate details of a person’s body to government agents.

I predict that the courts will get flooded with such cases. Which is good. it increases the chances that a judge will find a violation of our rights and the TSA will be stopped dead in its tracks. BTW, I wonder if Janet Nepolotano would rather be pornographically exposed or groped.
