Prepare to be outraged. Violations of their own procedures, lies, TSA goons laughing at peaceful travelers, you name it. It’s all in here, and more. And they say the blueshirts are good people trying to put food on the table. Yeah, right.

I hope the law goes after the jerks for the way they treated these women! The TSA agent putting her hand up in a threatening manner is where the “battery” occurred. As well as the unnecessary harassment! Shame on all those involved! No ethics, manners or common decency was shown! I’t's obvious they’re out to harass and arrest anyone for any (illegal) reason!

Fucking, self-righteous, arrogant, idiotic assholes. They probably went home and talked about how they saved America from the terrors of yogurt, then laughed at how they displayed their power by keeping a caregiver and daughter from calming down an elderly woman in a wheelchair.

  4. Matthew says:

If you ever have any type of confrontation with TSA, make sure that you are the ones to call the cops.

  5. Rebecca says:

This is so unbelievably stupid I can barely respond. It is a good thing it wasn’t me or there would likely have been some very colorful language to account for and possibly a blow or two. I don’t take kindly to those who would terrorize an elderly disabled person with dementia and if they are in my care I can be violently protective. This is beyond disgusting. I have sent this to everyone I know, it seriously needs to go viral. Everyone in the world needs to see this.

  6. Antixngrope says:

Those Granny applesauce bombs are capable of major devastation, thank God for the TSA, without them the elderly would be terrorizing our airways nationwide. Next they’ll be wringin out “depends” because big Sissy knows how crafty those terrorists can be. One would be bomber lines his tighty whities with explosives giving way to a whole new kind of terrorist; Granny and Grandpa diaper bombers, You won’t hear “get off my lawn anymore “these” days, now it’s “Get off my junk!”

  7. Rebecca says:

George, this was almost two years ago and the case was dropped, though they did try to fine the woman $2,500. Don’t know the outcome on that, still looking but wanted you to know that this didn’t just happen. Doesn’t make it any less reprehensible.

  8. Steve Peters says:

Hmm, this looks like it was from a while ago, not currently. According to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jz8OocnnH0g&feature=related , it was sometime in 2009, but with a good outcome.

Doesn’t change the absolute outrage of it, though. So glad Nadine was vindicated. Sad to see it was my home airport of Burbank.

  9. Jpin says:

Funny how everyone and their dog has to be searched, but IF YOU JUST WEAR A BLACK UNIFORM that seems to look like a semi-official police uniform, you can walk right past the metal detectors with a holstered gun in full view, and nobody even questions you. All you have to say is that you are here to “Arrest the grandma”.

I haven’t flown in at least 8 yrs. and won’t unless I go kicking and screaming.. this is exactly why.. the last time I did, these worthless Wal Mart rejectees commanded me around like I was the person that threw them up against the locker in high school…. and I know if I would have been Nadine, I would have given those TSA A-holes just what they were looking for… and paid a heavy price while they laugh, stare and text…. what is wrong with the American people that they herd along and take this????

  11. DD says:

@ Rebecca, Steve– Per this article, it happened in April of 2010….

  12. Toni says:

What a sad display of arrogant TSA agents. How would they feel if their Mother and Grandma were mistreated like that? That was very upsetting to see all 3 treated so poorly by fellow Americans.

This has got to change. They cannot win…
    Things are getting very ugly.
So glad to know that the judge threw the case out but I do think that she should have won some kind of settlement for all the nonsense and she and her mother experienced.

  13. Groovymarlin says:

Absolutely pathetic. I can’t believe it even went on in court as long as it did – the videotape evidence clearly contradicts TSA’s version of the story. How stupid can this system get? Oh, I can’t wait to read the inane platitudes “Blogger Bob” will post, zombie-like, regarding these incompetent, lying agents.

  14. [...] night we showed you the video of TSA thugs harassing a couple of poor grandmas, one of whom went to jail over it. Today, on Twitter, this video was posted to the #wontfly feed. [...]

  15. Jim DeLaHunt says:

Editor, I think your headline is inaccurate. The word “Latest” makes it sound like this is a recent event. However, it seems the video depicts events on April 16, 2009. Subsequently there was an arrest, court proceedings, dismissal of charges, and much more. The page at https://www.mybrinkman.com/hays/tsa contains links to police reports, TSA letters, court dockets, commentary by the passenger in question, and links to other media coverage.

Your site does great work. But using factual inaccuracy to jazz up your postings undermines your credibility.
